Dhikr Timer is a free browser tool that says a dua out loud in a real reciter's voice at an interval you choose, keeps a focus timer running in your tab title, and plays the adhan on time based on your location. Nothing to install, no account.

Yes. Press "Pin widget" and a small always-on-top window opens with the timer, the current dua, the next prayer and a volume control. It stays above any other website or application. This works in Chrome, Edge and Brave.
It gets your location from your browser or your IP address, then calculates the times on your own device using the open-source adhan library — nothing is sent to a server. It also selects the calculation method used in your country automatically (Egyptian General Authority, Umm al-Qura, Muslim World League, ISNA and others), and you can change it manually.
Yes. When any of the five prayers comes in, the full adhan plays in a muezzin's voice and a desktop notification appears. You can choose the muezzin, or turn the adhan off for a specific prayer such as Fajr.
No. It runs in the browser immediately with no download, no sign-up and no personal data. You can install it as a standalone app from your browser's install button if you prefer.
